The Washi Wrap Floater frame is similar to the Canvas floater frame. The Washi Wrap floating frame brings additional elements to the original Washi wrap on wood panel.
Wooden floater is often used. To appreciate the unique Washi texture, the framing style should not cover by glass nor acyrlic sheet. The washi wrapped fine art print is mounted on wooded panel as usual, the thickness of the backing support adds a floating gap between the backdrop and the mounted picture. Makes the Washi wrap like floating from the background, to create a casting shadow on the Washi wrap. We recommend the washi wood panel wrap lower than the floater frame edge. Create an extend edge level to make the washi sit inside the frame.
